the magnificance of a culture that captivates with its sheer diversity, richness and colour.
Aquaserene has 28 well appointed duplex and independent cottages. All cottages are
airconditioned with cable T.V mini bar, electric kettle for making coffee/tea, direct
dialing STD/ISD facility. Unique Kerala style bathroom in enclosed courtyard with western
style toilets and elegant fittings, hot and cold running water.
Multi cuisine a/c restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Open 7 am to 10pm
offering delectable continental, Indian, Chinese and traditional Kerala cuisine.

SIROLEPA : Chase away sleepless nights
and constant headaches with an application of herbal pastes that cover
the head.
SIROVASTHI :Specially prepared herbal
oils etc. are applied poured into a cap feed on the head for 15 to 60
minutes per day according to the patient's condition for a period of
14 days. This treatment I highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness
of mouth, nostrils and throat, severe headaches, burning sensation of
the head.
MATHRAVASTHI : Cleanse the system with
herbal oils applied through the rectum, for a purification process that
hastens good health.
OIL MASSAGE : A gentle massage of special
oils that improves muscle tone, stimulates blood circulation, relaxes,
refreshes, and rejuvenates.
REJUVENAITON COURSE : Feel younger, stronger,
and healthier with a special regimen of relaxing oil baths, a carefully
balanced diet and custom-made herbal therapy. To turn the clock back
to a state of positive good health.
PICHICHIL : Aches and pains melt away
as you lie on a wooden bed and warm medicinal oils are first anointed,
and then squeezed from a saturated cotton cloth, all over the body.
DHARA : Fatigue and listlessness are
washed away in a continuous stream of medicated oil, milk or butter
milk, flowing gently on to the head in a prescribed manner for a prescribed
period.
NAVARAKIZHI : Sweat out general malaise
by applying medicinal puddings of special variety of rice and herbal
decoctions, tied up in fine muslin pouches. The heat of the pouches
brings out the sweat, purifies and heals.
